Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to operational charges when resources have already been reserved.
Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their booking free of charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to trip availability and weather conditions.
Weather & Safety
Trips may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, sea state, or safety concerns. No additional fees will apply in these situations.
